Alibris experienced major technical issues over the past several weeks. Shoppers were able to place orders, but because sellers were unable to access orders, shipments were delayed with no warning to customers. The company said it was planning to upgrade its back-end technology and is conducting a thorough analysis to determine exactly what happened.
