I wanted to buy an item from eBay using lotsnipe
THe current bid was £20 and I entered £60 into lotsnipe
So what happens:
do I get the next available bid above £20 (presuming nobody makes any more bids) or does lotsnipe enter my bid in at £60
I dont know if this makes a difference but im a free user of lotsnipe and not a priority user
Any help much appreciated
yours

Hi Robert,
Thanks for the question!
Yes you are correct - it will only bid the amount it takes to win the item
up to your maximum bid.
So if in the last minutes of the auction the price rises to say £40 then
www.lotsnipe.com will bid just enough over that to win the auction.
It works in the same way as if you were bidding on eBay directly i.e.
you enter your maxbid and it bids up to that amount.
Hope that the above is helpful.
Cheers
